Look at this would you the synergy is there i don't pay bills at 7-11 but i think you can and meter etc would tie in long range Reverse split alows additional shares right after transaction would they use this to offset shares that must be traded for this transaction? could you give me any feed back please donot own find researching this thing is not easy.

Check Central has previously licensed its technology for use by Southland Corp. [Nasdaq:SLCM -
news], operator of 7-11 stores, which is currently rolling out their ''Financial Service Center,'' using
Check Central's server.

The acquisition of Check Central is structured as an all-stock transaction valued between $3.5
million to $5 million (depending upon Greenland's trading price per share at the close of the
transaction, which is contemplated prior to the end of May 1998).

There are an estimated 40 million people in the U.S. that do not have a checking account with a
bank,'' said Mike Marcinko, president of Check Central. ''Our product provides instant access to
cash for a significant portion of the population that pay bills in cash or in person,'' he added.

Greenland's core business has been the development of automated meter reading technology for the
utility industry. The company's products are designed to provide significant added value to utility
service through cost savings, resource management, security, and management intelligence. The
AirLink system is a highly sophisticated electronics hardware and software product.
