Thanks Len, I received a response from Datek yesterday after the fourth email to them. Seems because my account is a trust account I am automatically considered to be a professional user. I have used Datek for nine months without any problem; it is just a pity that their support is not more efficient. Now I will have to go through the whole teeth pulling process again to find out what fees I need to pay in order to have access to NYSE/AMEX quotes as the email response offered no solution just an answer to my direct question...where are all the lateral thinkers when you need them?
