The fact that Mr. Bogatin will not provide any answers to your questions is very telling. The news release they sent out May 12 or so in which they implied that their auditors were being silly for refusing to provide an unqualified opinion was very misleading. Not a word about the serious concerns that had been raised. Investors are entitled to some answers from the company, and the sooner the better.
