Stock to be Issued, SEC Suit & Repurchases:

First let me say that this stock is "news & info driven"....there are investors with good sources of reliable info, and those who are mostly "just guessing".....I, like you, am just guessing. Hopefully those "who know" can help "Team Pepto Bismo" get through this.

1. Annual Meeting
The important factor seems not to be the number of shares, but how they issue new shares.

If they are truly going to build power plants & perform remidiation in countries around the world, they will need truckloads of cash. I am guessing that in the future they will issue new shares to get the necessary capital.

If they issue shares now (@ $3), I will be angry. But if they get financing for El Salvador, finalize the German deal, go to double digits, and then issue shares, will you be angry? I won't.

Does anyone know how they plan to use the new shares????

2. SEC Suit against Boston Group
As far as I know, the Boston Group has:
A. Issued a bullish report
B. Recommended IDMC to customers

The above help to get the story out & build interest. Is anyone else supporting IDMC? If so, pls send out the rec report....if not, do you really want to sue the only company who is trying to support the co? Even if they have manipulated the stock to a certain extent, it seems like suing is more likely to hurt them & IDMC at this time.....be careful not to shoot yourself & the rest of us in the foot.

If you really think suing will help us, pls explain how.

On an unrelated topic:
"Repurchases of 100,000 shares for $216,500 during 1996 partially offset cash flows from the financing activities discussed above." (annual report). Perhaps the $2 - $3 level is a "good deal"?

The above is just guesses & conjecture.....I hope others will help to point out any mistaken ideas or errors.

Best regards,

THC
