I should have seen this question coming. When you get the logon screen you see either.. ok, here is one screen...notice the word "plain" webbroker7.waterhouse.com webbroker7.waterhouse.com If you delete the word plain and put in "ie3x" you will get the alternative site and logon screen. I have noticed that some functions only work in the "IE3x" mode..such as some news and chart functions. I think these two alternatives work on all servers. I hope this helps.
