I agree with your calculations except cash per share. It could also be that cash should include short term investments which would change the calculation as follows:

Cash $104,979, plus Short Term Investments $64,370 divided by 395, 066 equals $3.5045216 cash or near cash per share.

Would you agree that the down side is NBV per share of $8.18. Anything near that and I probably will liquidate my other positions to buy in.
