*** Response from the NetWork regarding Airstar Web Site ***

SEE-BS network along with FIG productions are proud to present the birth of an exciting era in telecommunication, internet and Cable TV. Please visit figusa.com for the long awaited WebSite for AirStar Technologies Inc.

Now some serious discussions
---------------------------------------------------------

I have to congratulate Airstar Technolgoies Inc. and all the people involved - and especially Mr. Zoro (aka. Mr. Joseph Lanza) for putting together "somewhat" of a serious and yet simple professional web site.

Despite the fact that I for one am still curious "why" Airstar Technologies Inc. does not want to spend part of its alleged $7 million revenue and/or alleged $41 million credit line and obtain its own internet domain to avoid putting its web site under FIGUSA.com/Airstar which is an AOL account registered under the name of Mario Lanza (whose hobbies include but not limited to "having quality time with dogs" as I reported a while back). But that is OK. at least Airstar technologies Inc. now has a web site of its own (eventhough it is a cheap one).

At a first glance the following observations can be made (and I do realize the web site is still under construction).

1. Every corporate web site has a section called Employment opportunities. Airstar's web site does not have one. Now this maybe due to either of the following 2 reasons:

a. Currently there are absolutely no employment opportunities which makes me believe that the following positions (as previously advertised) have already been filled!

b. The web site is still under construction and as such the Emplyment Opportunities section has not yet been added. Certainly a rapidly growing company such as Airstar Technologies Inc. must have hundreds of employment opportunities.

2. I was wondering if the Chief Operating Officer of the company (namely Mr. Richard W. Pryor, Chief Operating Officer, Select Switch) is the same famous comedian/actor that we all know (who has played in such block buster movies as Stir Crazy among many many others)?

3. There is a section called What's Ahead and here is the excerpt from it:

"Airstar expects no significant operational problems at any of the bases. It uses top-of-the-line materials and equipment in its installations, including the latest in fiber optics and switching devices. The company has an on-site marketing representative at all of the bases where it provides services and an on-site technician as well at nearly all locations.

Air Star president Joseph Vigliarolo expressed confidence in
the outlook. "We think our forecasts are pretty accurate," he stated. "We base our figures on past performance and installations coming on line. And remember, we have one tremendous advantage: that exclusive contract covering our primary military services. So we have a lot of faith in the future of this company."

Potential investors will be interested in the fact that speculation by former associates has driven the stock's price down recently into the range of 13 to 15 cents per share. Vigliarolo smiled when discussing this price range. "This stock is grossly underpriced now. It was trading at about $4.25 in 1996, despite the fact that the military installation program was just getting started. I think the people who are picking it up now will find that they've just bought a great growth stock."

Now here are my questions:

When it is said that: "it (i.e. Airstar) uses top-of-the-line materials and equipment in its installations, including the latest in fiber optics and switching devices. ", Exactly what are "top-of-the-line materials and equipment" and how do they differ from "NON top-of-the-line materials and equipment"?!

Second question: The excerpt states the following (on ASTG stock price):

"Vigliarolo smiled when discussing this price range. "This stock is grossly underpriced now.

Question: Why would Mr. Vigliarolo smile when discussing the stock price?!! But I guess this is sort of a "dumb" question!!

Secondly when Mr. Vigliarolo states (while smiling) that "This stock is grossly underpriced now., one may ask if he (that is Mr. Vigliarolo who likes to smile when discussing the stock price) has been loading up on the ASTG shares himself at these prices?!! And if so, Does he continue to smile?

Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.
