Tom, do you recall my glib comment about selling the house, well it happened!!! We had been on the market for about six months. The market has been dead since our governor for the reserve bank stated in January that New Zealanders should forget about owning a house as a speculative investment(everyone does it here!)as inflation had flattened out for good, sure!!!! Anyway, it was a miracle we sold for what we did so if you see a big rush on ESSI at 26.0, you will know who it is.(Now, if I could just find someone to take the poodles of our hands)
By the way, are you guys ( Wendy/Lady Luck) as hot on the X files as we are here, what a great show!!!
p s, there is a good article in the latest time magazine about oil exploration/pipelines etc developing further between the middle east area and ex soviet states. The whole scene could be very good for ESSI. |
