There are many limitations to level II.
The biggest is that you probably only have level II. I have instanet, selectnet, ecn's. I see all of the prints in the stock as they occur. Let me assure you that instanet (INCA) was the main seller in TAVA today. Also most of the blocks went up at the bid side of the market. I feel like this is a good area to be buying the stock. I was a buyer today, but after the seller started getting more aggressive, I backed away. I have more to buy, but I am not going to stand up there if someone wants to pound this down.
