Does anyone have any KIWT charts to determine support levels? Or is there any support after the gap up from around 36 in January? $48 today seemed to hold nicely on large volume.

Re. recent hemorrhage, based on the timing and volume levels it certainly seems related to the R conversion. The conversion picked up many of the people who never bought the L3 concept (or they would have converted prior to 12/31) and they cashed in the first minute they could. We should have seen this coming. These guys are laughing all the way to the Lexus dealership.

Re. QWST jabs directed at us poor L3 shareholders, as of this moment in time they have a lead but in 1 year my money is still with L3. Their vertical integration (last mile, ISP, etc.) will prove to be a greater long term value than just backhaul capacity. Digging a straight line trench is easy, the hard part is inside the loop. All of which assumes we don't bleed to death first.

Last, what was that $8 million for "financial advisory services" to that guy in the 10Q? Sounds real odd to say the least.

Good luck to all, Ken.
