X-Ray Man, >>It might be nice if Apple set forth a standard in their interface guidelines for how the extra buttons should be used IF you have them, but maintain requirements to support one button mice as standard. I have no problems with using the single button mouse but I do not represent all users or apps. Since everyone likes the extra buttons for different reasons and uses them in different ways then a standard might actually be a detriment. An extra button that does not do what they want it to, will be just as annoying to them as a single-button is now. Cheers, Norm
