I am a MSFT stock holder, which had nothing to do with my decision. This is a matter of philosophy and principles. I have reached my limit of the government punishing achievement at every turn. Taxes, regulations, various transfer-of-wealth programs... All are immoral in my opinion. What every entitlement program of all kinds does is to rob every recipient of their chance to become excellent. It immorally loots the producers and relegates the receivers to mediocrity. That isn't what this country was built on, nor what made it great. In my opinion, Netscape became a looter by provoking the DOJ. I will no longer do business with looters. Who is John Galt!
