As a long time Arizona resident, I can tell you that the article you are referring to is accurate. Things have turned around quite a bit here but not in all areas. The areas that have a tight labor market are some of the ones that Success Staffing (FAMH) is into. They seem to be a big presence here in the high end areas as well as employee leasing.

I am no expert on these things. This is just what I hear and what prompted me to buy into FAMH.
