Sorry my last post was meant for another thread. Any how today's filing has a silver lining. Direct: freeedgar.com or freeedgar.com PART III NARRATIVE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 11-K. 20-F, 10-Q, 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.) The registrant is presently engaged in in-depth discussions and negotiations relating to the financing of the registrant's proposed power project in El Salvador. As a result of the time and resources devoted to carrying out such efforts, the registrant is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998 by the prescribed due date. Would they tell the SEC this if financing wasn't going to be completed very soon? I don't think so, they'd have come up with another excuse.
