I guess I'm just amazed that this company is
able to split so consistently even though actual
earnings are small compared to CPQ, Hewlett, IBM.
They seem to make more every quarter, true, but
when I look at Revenues when Dell was like 1.25
a share ('95), they aren't that much lower.
Then, when I look at Income Statements for
CPQ, Hewlett, IBM I am shocked by how low Dell's
cash position and actual profits are compared
to the others, even though its valued at 62 Billion.
It just looks like it's being measured by some
other gauge than the others.

I sure wish I'd have bought the stock (Who doesn't?).
Just feel like other companies aren't rewarded
for very good results.
