I have an account with Ameritrade, but prefer NDB for pennies...the main differences are that NDB allows you to enter BB trades on-line while Ameritrade requires you to call in the order. NDB also allows multiple trades on one side of the transactionf for the flat rate of $19.75(limit online). So two buys and two sells of the same security in one day produce just 2 ticket charges of 19.75 each.

NDB also lets you enter decimals.
