Robert, nice to see a savy investor likes this one to. I was feeling I was on this one alone. Could you or Jamie explain why these warrants would hold the price down? It seems to me that if they were for the price indicated, they would not have been bought and would have just expired. What does the term "overhang" mean. Thanks a lot. Best of Luck, Ross
