My gut tells me that the two companies will not resolve their differences by Friday and the judge will have to set a date & do it for them. That should prove to be short term bearish. If I'm right on that score it will be an excellent buying opportunity!! Holly Products is supposed to report earnings on Friday as well. Hopefully something positive will offset any negative from the dispute continuing and we will have only a slight downward drift until the judge forces the situation to be resolved. Once resolved we can all start counting the weeks to ground breaking in the spring. Should start getting interesting very soon! Gary
