Well looking at Fedders chart(FJC),it can't get much lower,the question is can it get higher as I see it has not crossed 7+ something much in 4 years--I do see it's last big period was the summer of 1988,
when it was in plus/minus 14---now 1988 was one of the hottest summers
in the history of the U.S.--so if you think this summer is going to be a scorcher,this would be good choice.Just an opinion,max90
