Dear Sue - there may be several possibilities to your query. 1) this is factored in to the spike; 2) people were expecting more [not likely though;] 3) the spike was driven by the promise of a hot technology, i.e., people were looking far ahead for hi growth factor; but 4) the worst is that the spike was driven by the momentum folks. Once a stock has lost momentum, these people will exit. They have no concern of fundamentals or potentials [no judgement made here] as they believe the momentum, or lack thereof, is the totality of facts. That is why, as a medium term investor, I prefer a steady climber than this kind of feast-or-femine stock.

Btw, DSTR has fallen below $2. However, I think today is a pivotal day. If it can make a reversal, then it should trigger some buys on some TA programs. If not, I may have to bail to protect my meager profit.
