Dell earnings may be good however, the Justice Department's competitor-driven attack on Microsoft does not bode well for anyone. It is unbelievable that such intervention has taken place.

Regardless of individual bias, we all must hope Gates prevails. MS is one of America's few global competitors. So often when Reno moves, as in Waco-Rodney King verdict timing, it is diversionary. We'll see.
