Yea, this kind of sums up the DOJ, or at least the NY AG's point. He referred to the MSFT comment about 3 cans of Pepsi in a six pack of Coke. According to him, thats a nice sound bite, but the issue is not the six pack of Coke. Its that Coke would dictate to all the retail outlets what softdrinks they could carry. And also what other softdrink paraphinalia, such as towels and glasses, they could carry. If you try to carry anything else, no Coke.
