No, I don't really follow it. I think I looked at it a year ago or so. I used to do capital financing for the NY MTA, so I am somewhat interested because I know a little about their system. A friend of mine tried to buy the LIRR Freight line at one point. However, with some staggering number of shares (150 million?) outstanding, and limited growth potential, as far as I can tell, it doesn't strike me as a terrific investment. If you have an opinion, I'd like to hear it.
