Mike, great synopsis. I guess if Dan Niles liked it @ 33 3/16 (close prior to his last upgrade on 3/2), he loves it @ 26 3/8 (Friday's close). So the stock only moved 20% in the opposite direction before "wrong way" Niles had to try and prop it up with an upgrade. For him on MU, that's pretty good <g> Good trading, Tom
