Dear Robin,

The issue of NASDAQ delisting was indeed raised. Bernie Landes explained that the Company has done all that has been asked of it by NASDAQ to date. As he understands the process, the next step would be an "in-person" meeting with NASDAQ officials, where the Company could make its case (to remain listed). The Company has received no notice that that step is to be taken.

I do not see it as NASDAQ's mission to cripple Companies that are in fact working towards profitability -- and do not believe that NASDAQ sees that as its mission.

If there were to be an "in-person" meeting, I assume that Bernie would argue that -- in a clear sense -- this Company is only a few months old. The new Directors and Officers ought to be given the chance to succeed.

Jonathan
