My take is this... Raabe was caught up with buisness on fri., I would suppose he prepared the 8K yesterday for release and we should see it very soon. The MM's are aware the 8K is a tad late, they are walking it down with the intent to scare investors on behalf on their huge undeclared short position....I had a limit order in @ $.03 yesterday from 11AM to 2PM !!!, then I said "screw-em", they didn't want to fill it....thats fine, they can't stop the 8K, the 8K will intice buying and if the MM's are smart, they'll cover what they shorted, this is not a $.03 stock and the 8K will demonstrate that. Be patient, let them play, they depend on intimidation to win...I'm not intimidated......this is but one investment of many, it's a good investment and all the MM games in the world can't change that! Pugs
