Mr. Rosenfeld,

<<Is there a way to determine if today's selling is insider selling?>>

Not sure about that, but I can confirm that there has been some insider
buying, FWIW, and intentions to buy more today. A few of us "internet insiders"
bought yesterday. Maybe we'll buy some more too. I have an, "Oh, well...what
the hell" attitude and I'm in again, tho a mere pittance, today if only for that
brass ring of buying at the bottom.

On this thread I have described our current situation using two terms; management
and operations. As far as I am able to determine this selling activity is not
reflective of the steady progress we are making in the successful performance
of the physical process of resource determination. One would expect the price to
rise on the news that we are ahead of schedule. Neither is the selling a consequence
of struggle and infighting as the company's management is restructured within a
cocoon of sorts. From my vantage point I see no signs or signals of any conflict
serious enough to justify such selling.

I tend to agree with assessments of the other members of the thread regarding other
reasons. Mr. Mazzarella points out that we need to bounce off the bottom and not
linger. I agree; lingering would not be good.
