This is my first time on Yahoo and I'm not up on internet stocks much, but I was talking to a friend this weekend about NPSC because I have another friend who works there. Anyway, he told me that he had seen some post about NPSC on Yahoo stock boards, looks like I found it. I bought into NPSC awhile back because my friend in the Co. said they were really going places. Last time I talked with him, two weeks or so ago, he told me I would be very happy with my investment soon and that something very big is in the works. I plan on calling him today to find more exact info, but he is a close friend and wouldn't steer me wrong. If anyone wants to post this elsewhere, fine with me because I have to go to work and don't have time to do more right now. I will get back to this board later with the results of my call. Ok I talked to my friend in the Co. yesterday and here is the deal. There will be three news releases pending and the strategic objective will be to raise the stock price to a minimum of $7. He said this is the number they are looking for because they want to maintain the price over $4 in order to seek a Nasdaq small cap listing as well as part of a acquisition deal having something to do with shares in the deal being tradable after 30 days above $3. The first release will be very soon, from the sounds of it this week, and will be their year end earnings 10k. He said this should move the price due to the better numbers over last year. Next release will have to do with a "BIG acquisition", in his words. He said that with the float only being 300k that he thought most people underestimate the movement after this news is released. Finally he said this news will be followed by a record 10Q for the first Q, and that the numbers look truly spectacular considering there are 2.2M shares outstanding. He also told me if I were going to buy more to place a limit order at the ask because the spread is huge and they will bump it up as much as .25 if you place a market order. I'm passing on this info because I can't buy more right now and it is a going to be great stock that few people know about. Listen I know a little more than I am saying but I don't think I can say more, I just know this is going to be very big. Good luck, I hope you will join me in NPSC.
