I saw the same thing, and I agree that is a stabilizing force. However, just as I did not get overly worried about the riots last week, I don't get overly content with Suharto stepping down. Don't get me wrong, I pray for peace there and every other country. But as far as DGIV's prospects, I just don't think it matters much one way or the other. Comm infrastructure is pretty basic and secure.
