Thanks Value, it's nice to is it going up and it probably has to due with interest rates but I normally try and stay away from day or week price quotes. Prices change. I will repeat though, the one thing that COULD have made this cookie crumble was that IC Chip set deal. It didn't happen and after financing I believe we'll see another target price upgrade.
