I don't know if it is good news or not that the new shares have not hit the market. Assuming they are Reg. S. (and I have no idea whether they are or not), I doubt whether the purchasers of those shares are going to hold them for the long-term. They are going to take their quick buck and get out. Assuming they are Reg. S and they did go for a buck per share, if I had the opportunity to make an 80% return after a 45-day holding period, I know what I'd do, especially given the uncertainty as to when this company is going to start earning a profit. I really think the shareholders should be informed about the terms of this financing.
