(Off Topic)Good Morning Eric, It was a
nice trip, thank you...

Five Things That Were A Pain:
1.) Very poor internet availablity via
cyber cafe's and those that had it
were very slow!!!

2.) Getting to the air conditioned hotel
in Florance only to be told that they
do not turn on the air until June 1st.

3.) Taking a train anywhere when you have
heavy luggage.

4.) The first few days in Italy after speaking
French in Paris for a week. Italians don't
speak much French and my tongue kept mixing
the two languages, totally confusing the taxi
drivers and waiters.

5.) The horrid beds that they have in the best hotels!!

Five Most Enjoyable Things:

1.) Landing in Florance as the Frogs discovered
the painting in the Louve missing, thus not
spending yet another day in the Louve.

2.) Meeting with all kinds of people to discuss the
Y2k problems in Europe and thier views of the
outcome.

3.) All of the really nice people that we meet in
Italy.

4.) Visiting Reims in France and buying 6 of the
best bottles of different Champagne for less
than half of what we pay for it in the States,
and drinking it with my lovely wife.

5.) Finally leaving for home knowing I won't have
to see another church or museum for months,
though some were fantastic.. just too many!!

Best Wine Tasted, I don't know, but I'll be happy to
go back to try and find out again... Really, most of
what you find there are not even avaliable here and we
discovered so many new and wonderful wines and foods
that to say one was the best over another would be
unfair.

We hooked up with a great small group of 7 people to
discover the art of paring wine with food for 4 days,
that was incredable, but starting to wine taste at 10:00
am in the morning and finishing with dinner and more wine
tasting at 9:00 pm every evening was almost too much.

Best of all, it's just great to be back home..

Later
Preston
