You are correct, micny. Technically, applying for a patent isn't equivalent to receiving a patent. Nevertheless, from an investor's POV, I'll let the benefits of either course of action rub off on my shares.

PS, I'm in the process of clearing off my calendar so I can attend the annual meeting in early June. I don't guarantee I'll be such a good guy, but I'm open to conveying people's questions. That is, if you have a good question you'd like me to ask from the floor, send it on. (Am I taking bread out of Melissa's mouth, since she gets paid for answering your questions?)

PPS, the fact that CXI's process works in situ and doesn't require transportation off site is one of CXI's most overwhelming advantages over other methods. The costs of transportation to incinerators is substantial. CXI simply removes those costs.
