Harvey,

I read that as Mexico made phones for Mexico. It makes perfect sense to build capacity for orders to come. The negative aspect is despite SuperBowl, QCOM stadium, Q phone TV ads etc, QCOM still lacks name recognition. During the annual meeting, Dr J discussed the new QCOM/SONY arrangement. It now appears that SONY is selling better and is using up more than their fair share of capacity.
