BCFan. Thanks for the fax number. I called the NY office this morning and came away with 212 425 2430. I also sent a copy of the post, so there is a good chance that both Arif and Ira will see it before long.

I have never called the FAMH switchboard in NYC before. I was impressed. The switchboard operator/receptionist is the first person you contact and he/she cements your first impressions of the company. This morning I was greeted by an upbeat, woman who gave me what I wanted. I was impressed!!! Great job!!!

The long journey to recovery of FAMH's true market value starts with a series of small steps. Several have been made already:

1. Several of the regular posters to the SI thread are back.
2. We agree we have problems, none of which are unsurmountable, and we want to help get them addressed.
3. An FAMH employee in NYC (the switchboard operator) likes her job and conveys the right first impression.

we need many more steps to add to the list.

The most important one is:

1. Getting Arif Adam to become more visible in his proactive leadership role of restoring FAMH value (which includes defining the PR/IR plan, implementing the plan, telling us what the company is going to do at the appropriate time, and then doing it!!! NO MORE communication gaffs and NO MORE missed dates!!! {If the current PR effort isn't working, then then change it!!! I don't mind one or two "This is great news", but all the time when the stock is going into the tank, no more thank you!!!})

What else?:

How about seeing Brad and CherylOD back posting again. Wouldn't that be great!!!!
