You see in your self-proclaimed role of being the objective NETZ one, you should already have taken him to task for stating blatantly and openly, with no proof at all, that the company has been performing "illegally." An objective person would look at the past practices of this company and "objectively" state that there has been some wrongdoing that has been continued with the new regime. Illegal actions in this realm are a matter of opinion because of the shady practices carried on day to day. NETZ. New ideas. New people. Same results. MG.
