Inc.(EBB:EUTO) is now in the position to announce an update on the share issue, which
has been a concern of the company's management for some time.
Eutro has retained the law firm of Lewis, Vegosen, Rosenbach, Silber and Dunkel, PA,
of West Palm Beach, Fla., which specializes in complicated securities matters.
Negotiations with the first entity are moving favorably towards the return of a portion of
stock and compensation for the balance.
Eutro's CEO is encouraged by the last meeting held on Wednesday, May 13, 1998,
with the law firm and said, "This will be the first successful effort to close the book on
one of the entities, and should have a favorable impact on the remaining claims
involved."
