for all of you wondering why the share price isnt going higher with all the volume, there is a huge short position on icvi, millions, 2 of the mm's are professional shorters. there is a lot of short covering going on here below 20 cents, once that is done, the stock will go. there will not be much of a lid over 20 cents, ive been told. macker
