I think it factors into credibility. The Government has proven themselves to be as self serving as any corporation in The U.S., regardless of public opinion. Furthermore let us not forget the same Anti-Trust suit against IBM in which millions of taxpayer money was squandered. Your so called rules of the game seem to apply to everyone except the Fed.

These have nothing to do with the price of beans as I am sure you are well aware. I would ask you, how can we take or Government seriously on this issue (which I feel is minor) when they would sell out our safety for money?
