Well, the certain circumstances that I believe are referred to are the circumstances in the 11th Hour Articles of Incorporation. That would be in Article V, 1.(c)(ii).

So what about Telanis? They have the same deal evidently. Where are they? Are they already an existing company? Or are their Articles of Incorporation being rushed to be filed like Merced's were after questions about their existence got too persistent to be ignored?
