Bill, i used own a an apartment complex in TX, what a hassle! did not know at that time i could make money in in the market. today new housing numbers are dropping. july rate hike might slow housing mrkt even more...... what do u think? i did not know u were a builder... u ought to see Calif housing. builders are making very sinful profits here. houses are flying hi like dell stock. u ought to make a trip just to see housing mrkt.
