I totally agree. Pete talked a little about this last conf. He said that CheckFree had no interest in helping big billers build their on-line bills, what CheckFree had to offer was the means of distribution network to thousands of consumers(350 financial institutions, 10 million intuit consumers). I think their will be tons of companies with software, tools, etc. that will help billers build their online bills, but their is only one company that can distribute the bills to millions of consumer with one flick of the switch. All MHO!!
