Thanks for the link. The article was posted on-line last month and the hard copies made the rounds more recently.

Unfortunately, this exposure has not provided any additional volume or price movement to the stock. I am becoming very concerned about the lack of announcements of major deals. A friend of mine who does environmental risk assessments for a major insurance company and has first-hand exposure to the tank compliance issues is very skeptical about the stock and the remaining business available to tank monitoring companies.

After years in Watson/Ustman, I am becoming very discouraged at this point and am considering getting out of the position. Those who loaded up on the stock at a buck may be in seventh heaven, but for many of us who accumulated based on the promise of the 1998 law and are still in an overall loss position, the listless behavior of the stock and lack of announcements should be cause for concern, IMHO.

BTW, the company apparently just posted earnings, which were probably about what most of us anticipated. I got a few of the numbers from my broker but haven't seen the release yet.

I'd sure appreciate any other perspectives on USTX at this point, particularly since the company hasn't returned my call from a couple of days back. Comments, anyone?
