We cannot see Locus's books only things from the outside. As a privately owned company, they remove only net profits from the system when they want money. They are also responsible for growing their own company with those profits. So yes, as the company gets bigger it looks great on paper but not necessarily in the pocket. Along comes DCI who is willing to put those profits into your hands all at one time and with a large portion in stock it cuts down on the tax implications. Also I would guess that Joe has shown them the ultimate goal and Locus, believing it will be accomplished, have decided to get aboard will the getting is good(stock price low=more shares). I would guess that you would make that same decision also if in their place. Yes, it does look as if we are buying them on the cheap but I would make a guess that it is not true. We are probably paying at market value, because again, we cannot see the books.
