I had numerous customers who didn't even want their competitors to know what General Ledger, HR, MRP etc. system they were using and contractually restricted us from ever mentioning their names. I could never figure that out but trust me it does happen. Since SFA truly can give a customer a competitive edge, I would think it could happen here even more frequently. It's all in their perception. So I don't think that John is being naive.
