Good morning all.
Well, today could be a biggie. Keep hearing that push has come to shove at SEXI. Still can't envision a scenario which is really beneficial to shareholders. The company has been extremely lax in their duty to inform shareholders of their current status. This is really ludicrous.
For those of you concerned about the videoconferncing product, which should be our only concern at the moment...The Whitehouse and the Library of Congress deals are running into problems primarily because the product simply doesn't work. There is some evidence that the technology being used is not SEXI's. The company continues to ask for more time...tick-tock.
This acompany needs to make a statement about their technology and its viability not only in the general marketplace, but in terms of whether or not they have a product they can truly call their own. The infringement suits should resolve these problems.(California, here we come!).
A larger question which all of us should be asking is exactly what was it that ICMX sold to SEXI. It appears that old Charlie has bought a pig in a poke for us. Let's start to address whether or not the current SEXI shareholders who got stock as a result of the ICMX acquisition deserve share one. I have not seen any real sales of this product, and don't expect to until this company has their own proprietary technology. There doesn't appear to be anything that is commercially viable here.
As to ongoing and and massive fraud...perhaps the good old boys currently running the company would care to comment on the undisclosed lawsuits and claims on assets inherited with the ICMX axquisition. We deserve more information publicly disclosed. It appears that the reason that we have not heard from the company is because there is really nothing to talk about. It is difficult to talk about successes when you haven't had any.

JILTED and listening intently
