A correction regarding the placing of a basket. They don't have to buy on open market to benefit. Letting prices fall will allow for different methods of financing to take place. It may seem that, in effect a basket has been placed, but at least at 18 cents and not at the minimum allowed. But this makes little difference in most investors' eyes. This is a difficult stock to analyze. I am willing to give them a chance, having come this far. It appears that insiders may benefit significantly from any appreciation in share value as we should by riding on their coattails. LVL
