re: Marc, you do one of two things when a stock goes down. You average down or you cut your losses. I averaged down from .10 to .05. I did just that - more recently I bought at .05 and .043, bringing my average to around .11. I sold half my position at .14, holding the rest while I see what happens. re: The merger is for real and it will happen. What kind of impact will it have on current price. It will all depend on the quantity and quality of the press release. Are you absolutely sure? It probably will, but noone has been able to dig up any real information to give this complete credibility. There are too many unanswered questions, and I can no longer trust Gort or his superiors. re: One thing that makes this great news; they are getting rid of old management!!!!! Hip, Hip, Hooray. I assure you, if new management has anything to do with it, you will see some solid info and news that will push the price even higher. I agree 100%, but the IFs are enormous. We'll see.
