I don't understand why you chose to take the questions posed in my earlier note personally, they were general in nature and obviously posed as food for thought. I stand by my earlier statement, though you did leave out the part of my post where I indicated that the companies that we are acquiring would likely have information to base their decisions on that we are not privy to, so for us it is more of a leap of faith. So is there a lack of "awareness" on our parts with respect to the details of these deals as compared with what is really going on inside that we can't see? ..You bet there is IMO. The point is, we don't have to understand all of the details (and since we cannot be privy to all of them, especially now with respect to Locus, we do not have enough hard info to speculate much with) inside these deals, IMO it's enough to see that Joe has a record of making these types of deals and see no reason not to expect more in the future.
