Recommend caution - another company I own also used the phrase that they planned to be 'ramping up production' (in anticipation of orders) - which apparently didn't materialize and this other stock is in low sevens from 13-ish. Might ask their backlog status - or Book-to-Bill to see if it is wishful thinking or based on actual demand.
